Max Dental Care is a provider of dental healthcare services. The objective of Max Dental Care is to facilitate’ Dental Care’ and coordinate for clients seeking dental care.
However, the selection of the facility and doctors is the sole responsibility of the patient and patients are required to do their due diligence. Max Dental Care is not liable for any medical information withheld by the client resulting in injury, loss or damage of any kind, including death.
Since all financial obligations are between the patient and the attending medical institution, it is the absolute responsibility of the patient to settle all financial expenses and obligations incurred for “Treatment”. Max Dental Care is only responsible for Treatment related charges. This includes but is not limited to hospital charges pre, during and post treatment with the medical institution/facility, attending physician fees and charges, and any additional charges and all entities involved in the process of ‘Treatment’, including insurance claims.
Max Dental Care is not a provider of any form of travel / leisure / trip / holiday services. Max Dental Care does not offer any travel advice / trip advice. The objective of Max Dental Care is to facilitate and offer Dental Treatment & Care to patients. Any special requests can be facilitated from Third Party after complete consent from both parties. Decisions made based on this site are the responsibility of the visitor.
